The existing client was leasing an adjoining unit and making the two units into one large unit. The client remained in occupation and carried on their wholesale flower business whilst the works continued.
Works carried out:
Take down and remove from site:
7.5 metre high concrete blockwork wall between units.
plasterboard drylining to one side of dividing wall.
blockwork walls to existing area forming toilets and offices.
curb stone to exterior
Strip out and remove from site:
ceiling boards, timber joists and chipboard flooring above W/C’s and offices.
set aside for re-use toilet fixtures and fittings including sanitaryware, cubicle fronts and dryers and tea point
carpet tiles to two offices.
set aside for re-use roller shutter, fixed desking to offices.
